Honda Vision XS-1 Concept

Honda Motor Co., Ltd. exhibited the world premiere of the Honda Vision XS-1 at the 12th Auto Expo 2014 held at India Expo Mart in Greater Noida, Úttar Pradesh, India.
The Honda Vision XS-1 is a creative study model which embodies Honda's vision for the future of manufacturing. Based on Honda's original M/M (man maximum, machine minimum) concept*, the Honda Vision XS-1 fuses together two different values, a sporty exterior styling and amazing spaciousness, in the compact body. Furthermore, based on the Honda design concept, 'Exciting H Design,' Honda's human-centered design concept was embodied in this model.
The Honda Vision XS-1 was designed to represent Honda's creativity in designing compact vehicles for a market expanding globally. Although there is no mass-production plan for this model at the moment, Honda chose to exhibit the world premiere of this model in India, a rapidly growing market where Honda has strong ties.

Honda Insight Hybrid


Honda is the first time for a brief showed the U.S. implementation of an entirely new Insight hybrid in 2010 , the serial version will reach her first public appearance in January 2009 at the Detroit Motor Show .


The first image of the U.S. version of Honda's latest serial hybrid indicates how the Insight Concept , first shown at the Paris Salon in October this year , transformed into a road car aerodynamically -inspired athletic appearance. The new 5-door Insight for a five passengers will be driven by lighter and more compact version of Honda's IMA hybrid system and will start selling next spring . Expected sales volume of the new model in the world is 200,000 specimens per year . It will use a new , interactive and driver focused technologies to improve fuel consumption by name Ecological Drive Assist System . The new system with feedback gives the driver real-time data on the effective efficiency of his driving style to help him reduce fuel consumption and carbon dioxide emissions .

Bodo hibridni motorji avtomobili prihodnosti?

Očitno ne bo šlo vse po napovedih o prihodnosti avtomobilov.Na poti do vodikove
ekonomije, ki naj bi do leta 2020 zaživela električne avtomobile z vodikovimi gorljivimi celicami, prihaja do preloma zaradi hibridnih različic avtomobilov, ki uporabljajo kombinacijo plinskega in električnega pogona. Kot izgleda, bomo še nekaj časa trpeli odvisnost od fosilnih goriv,kljub temu pa bi lahko z množično uporabo hibridnih različic zmanjšali porabo fosilnih goriv za kar 50 odstotkov. Trenutno hibridna vozila predstavljajo osnovno pot razvoja avtomobilov, še posebej zaradi modelov, ki jih proizvajajo podjetja, kot sta Honda in Toyota.Najbolj goreči uporabniki avtomobila Prius, ki hkrati predstavlja tudi najbolj popularno hibridno različico, predelujejo baterijsko napajanje vozila in 1.3 kWh baterije izmenjujejo z 9 kWh Li-Ion različicami. Z omenjeno modifikacijo vozila je možno prepeljati več kot 30 km brez uporabe plinskega motorja, pri tem pa bi originalna baterija brez zagona plinskega motorja zdržala zgolj kilometer ali dva. Tako ima modificiran Prius s polno 9 kWh Li-Ion baterijo povprečno porabo goriva 2.31 litra na 100 kilometrov. Modifikacija pa ne prinese le močnejše baterije ampak tudi dodatno vgrajen polnilec, ki omogoča polnjenje baterije iz vtičnice omrežne napetosti. Ne glede na takšne predelave bodo morda v nekaj letih na voljo popolnoma električni avtomobili brez plinskega motorja, ki bodo s krajšim ali daljšim nočnim polnjenjem zadovoljevali dnevne potrebe vozila,predvsem za vožnje na krajše razdalje ali po mestni gneči, kjer je izkoristek plinskih motorjev najslabši.
